You can try to reset your own password at https://reset.uah.edu.

Note, if you do not know your Banner info, or if this does not fix the problem, you can call OIT at 256-824-3333 or email at helpdesk@uah.edu

Also, off-campus access to online resources are for Students, Faculty, and Staff of UAH. If you are a guest user, or alumni, you will not be to access our online materials off-campus.

Make sure you are using just the first part of your chargerID (abc01234) when you sign in, and not the @uah.edu, because our proxy server will not fully recognize that at this time.
