According to the MLA Formatting and Style Guide from the OWL at Purdue Website, this work should be treated as an essay in an edited collection or anthology, or a chapter of a book. The basic form for this sort of citation is as follows:

Lastname, First name. "Title of Essay." Title of Collection. Ed. Editor's Name(s). Place of Publication: Publisher, Year. Page range of entry. Medium of Publication.

So, in your scenario, I believe the Works Cited entry should look something like this:

Shakespeare, William. "A Midsummer Night's Dream." A Midsummer Night's Dream: Texts and Contexts. Ed. Gail Kern Paster and Skiles Howard. New York: Bedford/St. Martin's, 1999. 1-86.

The second line should be indented five spaces.
