For now, you should enter your A-number in full except rather than start it with the letter "A", start with the number 0 (zero). With this combination, it should let you log in just fine. This issue should be fixed in time, but in the interim you can continue to use it this way.
Example, if your A# is A99999999 then enter 099999999 into ILINK to log in.
