Your login is your non-aliased campus email address, including the @uah.edu portion (ex, wdb0005@uah.edu), and your password is the same password you use at other places on campus, such as Banner/Canvas/etc. If that does not work, you can use https://reset.uah.edu to reset the password. Note, if you are in the Info Arcade, you can login with resetid as both the username and the password (one word, all lowercase, same for both) and it will take you straight to that link.
