Q. Could you help me get back into an e-book?

The e-book system works by "checking it out" to your computer when you open it. Unfortunately, it seems to take half an hour to an hour for the system to release the book once it has been "checked back in" when you close the window.  So, try again in about 30-45 minutes and you should be able to get back in.  If you ever encounter this message and you did not just log off the e-book, then someone else is looking at it and you'll have to wait for them to finish.  Again, just try back in an hour or so.
