When you go to the library's website, click "Online Databases". This will open a new page that shows you a list of databases. In the middle will be the quick start databases, and you will see CINAHL. You can also click on Nursing in the left column, which will open the nursing databases, and it's listed there as well.
In the first search box, type in your topic (ex. diabetes, pain management), and then in the empty box below it, type in evidence based practice. Beneath the search boxes you will see where you can limit your results. Click the box besides full text and peer-reviewed. Then search. This should pull up numerous results on your topic.
